The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the charming old town. It was within walking distance of the main squares, cafes, and bars, which made exploring the area very convenient. the rooftop balcony was a great feature. It provided a wonderful view of the city and was a perfect spot to relax, eat, and enjoy the ambiance.
the ventilation in the room was poor, resulting in a damp feeling and an odor from the bathroom. the shower also had limited hot water, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at Holidaymonopoli in the heart of Monopoli. The friendly welcome and clean, well-presented room with a small balcony made me feel right at home. I loved the combination of modern amenities, like the excellent power shower, with the original exposed stonework. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the historic center, harbor, and beaches. Although there were no breakfast facilities on-site, the voucher provided for a nearby cafe allowed me to enjoy a delicious coffee, croissant, and fruit juice while soaking in the atmosphere. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

We had a great value for our money at Holidaymonopoli Villa. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect in the center of Old Town. The staff, especially Angela from Reception, was friendly and even gave us a special Monopoli gift.
The breakfast offerings could be improved, as it was only available in a nearby café from 9.00 onwards.

our stay at holidaymonopoli villa was simply fantastic. after a previous shorter visit to monopoli, we were eager to explore more and cristian, our friendly host, made sure we had all the insider tips and recommendations for nearby attractions. the location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the historic streets and steps away from the charming port. cristian's attention to detail and quick check-in/check-out process allowed us to make the most of our time there. the comfortable bed and pillows were a dream, making it hard to leave in the mornings. we loved having access to the bikes and took full advantage, cycling to nearby towns and soaking up the beautiful scenery. overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast at a nearby cafe could have been better. the limited options and lack of explanation or alternative when the cafe was unexpectedly closed was a disappointment.

We got great value for our money at Holidaymonopoli! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the tourist points. The staff were really supportive and made our stay even better.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by having it closer to the flat. It was amazing, but having to walk 1km to the restaurant was a bit inconvenient.
